50% of the total project cost is needed as a deposit, and the remaining 50% will be paid before any final graphics are delivered.
Deposit will be refunded if the client is not satisfied before the cover is finalized (excludes Premade Covers).
Once the client has made the final payment, then the client approves of the services that they had received and works are finalized. The services will be considered completed and no refunds will be given.
Payments must be done with a PayPal account only.
Because our customers come from all around the world, this is mandatory to avoid costly international wire transfer fees.
